Great hotel, great location.
We were happy with the room, location, cleanliness, staff hospitality, etc.
Owen should provide cold water in the fridge. This is basic. The "hospitality rooms" where we were directed for water, etc. was nothing more than an employee lounge! Better not to say anything than to direct us to a place like that.

Excellent service, friendly staff and convenient location
The location is very convenient, only a few steps from Farrer Park MRT. Lots of food and shopping areas around the area. Facilities were great too, they provide communal lounges which guests are welcome to use even after check out. The staff were very professional and provided excellent service. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one of our rooms, which was promptly fixed as soon as we raised this with the reception staff. They also organised a taxi to the airport on our departure date.
The rooms should be more thoroughly checked for issues and cleanliness before guests arrive.

What was the highlight of Owen House by Habyt
Overall good stay
The location is great, closed to MRT station and food centers. The room is reasonably spacious for two people with 2 big and 2 small luggages. The staffs were warm and accommodating.
There was sewage smell coming from the bathroom. As probably there is nothing the hotel can do about it during our stay (except spraying air freshener), please do something about it for the next guest.
